Fall Seminar at Gomde - Children's Activities

Hi Everyone!

I am writing to you in regards to the Fall Seminar and Apple Harvest Celebration with Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche at Gomde (Oct. 1-4, 2010).

We are trying to contact sangha members and other parents with children who are planning to attend the seminar in order to find out how many children we can expect, as well as to arrange some fun activities for the children, especially during the teaching sessions.

We thought it could be a good idea to form a Parents' Group, for those who are interested, to brainstorm and plan for some activities. This could eventually be a longer-term group which could arrange future events for children at Gomde during the seminars and throughout the year as well.

If you are planning to attend with your children, would you please send me an email with the number of children, their age(s) and the dates they will be attending?

Also, if you are interested to be part of the Parents' Group we could arrange a meeting nearby Gomde (perhaps Århus - for those living in the area) and/or a group chat over Skype or via email. Also, any suggestions for kids' activities are very much welcome and needed!!!

Lastly, if you know of other people with children who will be attending or may be interested in attending that may not have access to this blog, please forward this message to them or let me know.
